Return Period:

The camera must be returned within the agreed rental period. Late returns will incur additional charges.
Condition:

The camera and all included accessories must be returned in the same condition as they were rented out.

The equipment should be free of any damages, including scratches, dents, or other signs of wear.
Damages:

Any damage to the camera or accessories will result in repair or replacement costs charged to the client.

A thorough inspection will be conducted upon return to assess any potential damages.
Missing Parts/Accessories:

All parts and accessories provided with the camera (e.g., battery, charger, memory cards) must be returned.

Missing items will be charged at their full replacement value.
Refunds:

Refunds will be processed once the equipment is inspected and deemed in good condition.

Any deductions for damages or missing parts will be applied before the refund is issued.
